Guest Policy

• Please note that this is a working farm, and includes grounds maintenance.
• Please try to plan your arrival time between 3:00 and 9:00 p.m.
• Checkout time is 11:00 a.m., unless other arrangements have been made.
• Please respect that this is a home that we share with others and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived, except for laundry and vacuuming.
• Please no shoes in the house--leave them in the laundry room.
• Please do your dishes and take care of your food. The kitchen should be exactly as you found it, especially the stove.
• Please leave the bedding on the beds and put the used towels on the dryer.
• If you use the wood stove, please replace the wood in the laundry room and clean up the wood mess. I'll clean out the ashes.
• Make sure that nothing is touching the wood stove.
• After your stay, please turn all the heaters off.
• There is no TV reception, but plenty of tapes and DVDs. TV has to be on CH 3 to play tapes or Video 2 for the DVD player.
• Please put away all puzzles, tapes, games, and books.
• Please remember to turn off the outside lights at night.
• If you use the key, please don't lose it or I'll have to charge a thirty-dollar fee.
• Please see that children don't trample the gardens.
• No children younger than eight in the loft, unless supervised by an adult.
• Enjoy the peace and beauty, and take time to look at the stars!
